The advice on offer here is not meant to be followed exclusively, without either seeing me first or another health professional. I have deliberately excluded detailed information about using herbs as I tend to use different herbal strategies according to the unique qualities of each individual patient. The sort of advice here is mainly
just sensible stuff about how to improve things by eating the right foods and leaving out the wrong ones. Many of the diet sheets contain recommendations for using nutritional supplements. I have put these in because some people like to take them, and in some cases I would highly recommend their use. However, it is always better to try and get what you need from good food.
